The nature of human relationships led me to want to know more about how people behave and make decisions. The more I delved into the complexity of human beings, the more I got engaged and eager to learn. Negotiation came to me as the science that helped me understand and constructively facilitate human interactions. Learning about Emotional Intelligence was a paramount part of that process.
Eduardo is Specialist in Negotiation by the University of Buenos Aires. He also specialized his studies at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and delved his knowledge in areas like Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience. He teaches at a postgraduate program in Negotiation at Buenos Aires University and works in consultancy for companies and organizations.
After several years in the bank and insurance field, Emmanuelle creates, in 2017, her own structure as a coach and trainer in professional and personal development on the Reunion Island.
After obtaining her certificate as a professional coach and an introductory DU in positive psychology, she has been developing, since 2016, original techniques that improve attention, memory performance, stress management, and emotions.
In 2019, she became a Paul Ekman International’s Associate, convinced in particular by the scientific approach of emotional intelligence, in coherence with its training and development background. Dr. Guila Clara Kessous is a UNESCO Peace Ambassador, a diplomatic negotiator, and an executive coach using theatrical techniques to enhance corporate communication and help heal those who have suffered from prior trauma. She became Paul Ekman International Partner in 2021 and is using Ekman’s profiling and emotional intelligence techniques dedicated to coaching, negotiation, and humanitarian causes.

Working in Paris for more than 10 years, Ljubitza is of Italian and Greek nationality, and graduated in Agricultural Sciences and Technology in Italy (Alma Mater Studiorum, Bologna University). In France, she has acquired significant working experience in the food innovation field (industry and consulting) as a consultant and a business developer.
Ljubitza also obtained a Master in Sustainable Development and Global Quality Management (Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, Paris), specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility. This experience helped her to better understand the impacts that organizations have on the environment, society, and the workplace and allowed her to comprehend the main issues and concerns affecting employees (conflicts, psychosocial risk factors, harassment, wellbeing…).

Morgan Germa is a Process Method Engineer since 2009 and has worked for nearly 10 years in the medical device sector. He teaches validation methods and statistics since 2015 to engineers and pharmacists at the University Grenoble Alpes in France. In 2016, he published his book “Outils et méthodes de validation” and created the YouTube channel “QualXP” to help students to understand what process validation is. Morgan is also referenced as Technique de l’ingénieur’Author and is black belt lean 6 sigmas trained.
In 2019, Morgan decided to change his life and career developing his skills in Human behavior analysis. He is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Skills and Competencies (ESAC), Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility (ETAC), and Behavior Analysis and Interviewing Techniques (BAII).
Freshly prepared to become a PEI associate, he created his own company to promote Paul Ekman’s knowledge to the greatest number in order to help people become authentic in their job and private life.
Nick grew up in Athens and is the founder of Dynamic Equilibrium Ltd and Dynamic Equilibrium System. He is the INLPTA National Chapter Coordinator for Greece and Cyprus & International Ambassador of ANLP for Greece.
Nick has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and holds Trainers Training certifications from INLPTA. In addition, he is working as a Behavioral Analyst and a Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist with more than 11 years in Clinical work. Furthermore, he is a tutor of “NLP in Management” at the Athens Information Technology Institute and teaches NLP courses and Systemic constellation at the Academy of Psychotherapy in Greece and at The College of Humanistic Science in Bachelor of Criminology and Behavioral Analysis.
After having been a financier in a multinational company and a recruitment consultant for several firms, in 1998 he created COACHING & PERFORMANCE with the aim of becoming one of the French specialists in the individual coaching of managers and executives. In 2002, he is the first in Europe to organize public coaching sessions. From 2003 to 2006, he signed the last page of the economic monthly EXPANSION (the eye of the coach) that consists in decoding the way of functioning of personalities of the world of the company and politics. He will never see any before the articles are written but will be consulted by some of them afterward.
In 2007, he gets closer to the neurosciences by training in the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approaches of Dr. Jacques FRADIN. These approaches that help to understand the human mode of functioning by understanding the functioning of our brain then become the fundamentals of COACHING & PERFORMANCE. In 2015, he decided to enrich his skills through behavioral analysis and more specifically by the model of Dr. Paul EKMAN.

Riccardo is a lighthearted, empathic, and professional Emotional Intelligence Trainer,

As a Sociologist, he is deeply interested in social dynamics and human behaviors,

She has published three books in Finnish covering manipulation, the concept of lying from the psychological aspect, and behavior clues related to deception detection. Dr. Stan Rosenberg is a social and corporate anthropologist, an associate of Paul Ekman’s expert community, Philosophical Doctor.
He worked as a lawyer but when he was kidnapped by his client’s rival he decided to quit jurisprudence.
He learned psychology and international relations and got his Ph.D. in social sciences.
He started to teach but soon understood that real knowledge is not at any university or in some dusty books. It is among real people.
Then Dr. Rosenberg started to travel and to work in the field (everywhere he could meet interesting individuals), collecting stories of people like you and me.
9 years of research and over 4000 personal conversations with representatives of more than 50 cultures shaped his knowledge of human behavior!
Now he consults startups and commercial companies on how they can raise their efficiency and motivation, how to make the best communication strategy in any team. He teaches the company’s employees to understand each other, understand and feel clients’ needs.
Steve has extensive experience gained through a variety of Senior Management/Director and training and development roles held in the international technology private sector. Vincent van der Burg, Ph.D. is the founder and director of UNLP – a leading institute in the field of personal and professional development in The Netherlands.
