The nature of human relationships led me to want to know more about how people behave and make decisions. The more I delved into the complexity of human beings, the more I got engaged and eager to learn. Negotiation came to me as the science that helped me understand and constructively facilitate human interactions. Learning about Emotional Intelligence was a paramount part of that process.
Eduardo is Specialist in Negotiation by the University of Buenos Aires. He also specialized his studies at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and delved his knowledge in areas like Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience. He teaches at a postgraduate program in Negotiation at Buenos Aires University and works in consultancy for companies and organizations.
